27th Annual Sonoma County Holiday Home & Gift Show
At our show you are in charge. You get to choose which exhibitors to “interview” and then compare their business offerings face-to-face on your terms.
We take away the “fear” of the hardsell stranger invading your home after that 1-800 appointment you made, or that list recommendation web site you clicked on.
You will be able to evaluate your potential source on your terms. If the “fit” is not there, you move on to find just the right professional somewhere else at the show.
Thousands of attendees have even made our Home Shows an annual experience. They get to know many of our hundreds of exhibitors and even become casual friends with some. Then, when ready to proceed on a project, they have greater confidence, which can ultimately save time and money.
By California State Law, all of our exhibitors, requiring licenses, are checked for good standing with the state licensing board. This gives you another measure of confidence.
Here are some hints to help you get the most out of the Sonoma County Home & Garden Show and have a pleasant experience.
Make A List. Take some time before coming to the home show to jot down projects you’d like to tackle. Browse the exhibitor list to see which vendors interest you the most.
At Each Entrance… be sure to pick up a home show program to direct you around the showgrounds.
Check out the map for the location of your favorite exhibitor, feature or where to win a prize.
Attend a Seminar. A big part of the Home Show is the ability to find people who know how to build, remodel, design, landscape and provide the products and services that you need. Another way is to attend a seminar to tap into that expertise. All seminars are free.
Don’t Just Browse. Talk to Vendors. If you are interested in a product or service, leave your name and phone number and ask the vendor to follow up with you after the home show.
The Show is Big! Over 500 exhibits with different levels. Come early and plan on spending most of the day.
Take a break for lunch at one of the many food vendors.
Be sure to visit all the buildings and Pavilions.
Wear Comfortable Shoes. The show is indoors and outdoors, so dress appropriately.
Pick a Meeting Place… in case you get separated from your party. We suggest the entrance to the Hall of Flowers Building.
Bring Blueprints… or plans, sketches and measurements to the show. Many vendors are prepared to take your information.
Get Ready to Shop! There are many items that you can purchase right at the home show. In addition many vendors oer special home show pricing so be prepared to purchase while attending the home show.
Enter To Win!! Many prizes are given away, just for applying, try your luck.
The Fairgrounds have some inclines and slopes. This can be hard for people with walking or breathing difficulties.
There are no wheelchairs or strollers available for rent.
Money. An ATM is available at the Fairgrounds.
