To the Annual Sonoma County Home & Garden Show! We are pleased that you have chosen to participate in the greater north bay’s most reputable home show. Our shows consistently attract a large quality audience, ready to buy and eager to learn about the latest products and services for their homes. The show’s location at the fairgrounds in the heart of Sonoma County offers multiple buildings and convenient parking. Just off Hwy 101, the show provides easy access for consumers from multiple counties.
Our extensive experience with consumer shows enables us to deliver a highly targeted audience directly to your booth. Homescape Events LLC, as the promoter, personally oversees the promotion, sales, and logistics of the show.

General Information
Location of Show: Sonoma County Fairgrounds, 1350 Bennett Valley Rd. Santa Rosa, CA 95404
Directions: From Highway 101 North, take Highway 12 Freeway East, take first exit, Fairgrounds are in sight at bottom of the ramp.

Exhibitor Resources
Booth Construction
Booth Size: 10′ x 10′ / 10′ x 9′ selected wall locations in Grace Pavilion. Colors: Blue and White (no pipe & drape for outdoor exhibit area).
Available Electricity: One (1) 500v, 120v outlet to be shared with other Exhibitors. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING EXTENSIONS CORDS AND POWER STRIPS. Additional power (220v) can be requested by calling 877-794-4710 prior to the show. Additional charges will apply.
ID Sign: White on Blue, 7″ x 44″, booth number, unless otherwise specified (no signs for outside exhibits). A small black and white sign is provided with your booth for the purpose of your location of your exhibit space. We recommend that you utilize professionally made banners in keeping with the professional appearance of the show. Two-sided banners may not be used.
Special Note: Please read carefully. Sidewalls: Exhibitor sidewalls over 3 feet in height should not come out more than 5 feet from the back wall of the booth. Please do not block your neighboring exhibitors.
Tables: To present a professional appearance and to safeguard in case of fire, fireproof certified fabric is strongly recommended and necessary according to the fire code in any public building. No table rentals available onsite. If you need to rent tables please make arrangements ahead of time.
Special Equipment: Please bring all necessary supplies with you. Items such as ladders, hand trucks, hammer, brooms, pencils, scotch tape will not be provided by the Show Office or the Fairgrounds.

Rules & Regulations
Solicitation: For purposes of solicitation to the public, exhibitors are limited to their individual exhibit areas. No exhibitors will be allowed to solicit at the main gate, doorways, aisles or other areas of the show not assigned to them.
Exhibit Parameters: Physical exhibits and exhibitors must be confirmed to individually assigned areas and MUST NOT encroach into neighboring exhibits or aisles.
Microphones: Exhibitors utilizing microphones must keep them at the volume that does not interfere with neighboring exhibitors carrying on conversations with the attending public. Common sense and simple courtesy should be observed at all times.
Carpeting: Any carpet or floor covering must be taped (surface or double back) to avoid trip and fall accidents.
Exhibitor Badges/Parking Passes: Two (2) each per 10×10 space. Exhibitors MUST order additional badges and passes in advance or pay CASH onsite. No badge or parking pass sharing.
Tax Rate: The combined sales tax rate for Santa Rosa, CA is 8.625%.
Booth Setup & Takedown
Exhibitor Move In/Booth Setup:
Friday, March 17th 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday, March 18th 8:00 am – 9:30 am
ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE CHECKED IN AND SET UP PRIOR TO 5:00 pm, FRIDAY, MARCH 17th.
If you have not checked in or if we have not received notice by phone, you will be considered a no-show and show management reserves the right to fill the space however it deems appropriate with no refunds available.
Tear Down: Tear down will proceed according to the following schedule:
Sunday, March 19th 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS WILL BE PROHIBITED DURING THE COURSE OF THE SHOW. ABSOLUTELY NO EXHIBIT IS TO BE DISMANTLED BEFORE 4:00 PM ON SUNDAY, MARCH 19th.
Removal of any of the exhibit (product, taking banners down, etc.) will result in forfeiting your booth breakdown deposit.
Parking
Parking Passes: Passes will be distributed at check-in, two passes per booth. Additional passes can be purchased for $8.00 each upon check-in at the show office. (CASH ONLY)
Parking Instructions: Exhibitors may park on the Fairgrounds through Gate 4, off Brookwood Ave. During set up on March 17th, you may enter through Gate #2 until 5pm. Please show your exhibitor badge along with your parking pass to enter exhibitor parking during the show. If you do not have your parking pass with you after 9:30 a.m. Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, parking is available for a fee in the public parking lot on Brookwood Ave. Gate #4 gate code will be given upon check-in.
RV Accommodations: Reservations can be made by calling the Camp Host at 707-293-8410 between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Security
Security: Show security (gate and roving) is provided overnight. Friday March 17th 8pm- 8am and Saturday 5pm-8am.
SECURITY CANNOT BE EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME, SO PLEASE TAKE THE NORMAL, APPROPRIATE PRECAUTIONS TO SAFEGUARD YOUR VALUABLES, ESPECIALLY DURING SETUP AND BREAKDOWN.
Maintenance of Exhibit Areas: Morning maintenance will be provided for common areas only. Exhibitors are responsible for the maintenance of individual exhibit areas. We suggest for optimum appearance that exhibits be properly maintained each evening or morning.
